After the incident in the mansion
at the outskirts of Raccoon City, Jill Valentine quits
STARS and is ready to go after Umbrella Corps' ass. Her
friends; Chris Redfield, Barry Burton, and Rebecca
Chambers go on their way ahead, while she stays behind to
patch things up. Brad Vickers also stays to patch things
up. Although the labs in the mansion had blown up, there
are still suspicious events happening in the city. Right when Jill is ready to leave, the city collapses. The virus has apparently been released, and now most of the city runs rampant with zombies. The RPD tries their best to fend off the surprising attack, but fail due to their lack of experience to such an atrocity. It looks like the future looks grim for Jill and Raccoon City. But it looks like Umbrella is trying to repent for their ways. They send in UBCS or the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. Made up of hired war criminals, exiled soldiers, and mercenaries, the UBCS is sent in to save the suvivors of Raccoon City. Or so it seems... The mission proved to be too extreme, however, for the UBCS. Most of the units are obliterated right when they landed in the condemned city. Eaten by zombies, shot to death by their own guns to prevent themselves from turning into the hideous creatures... it didn't look good.
Treking through the city, Jill eventually meets up with her fellow STARS member, Brad Vickers. After shooting down a zombie, he stops for a minute to warn Jill of the danger that's hunting STARS members and leaves. No good can come from this message. After popping a few caps into some cerebuses and zombies, Valentine makes to the RPD station. But before she could make it inside, she is greeted by a wounded Brad who is being chased... by the monster he had warned Jill about earlier. Then out of nowhere, it appeared... Nemesis... PLAY THE GAME TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS!

Getting back to
Jill, we see that she tries to save a partially insane
and unstable Dario from certain death. However, he is so
grieved at the loss of his daughter that he locks himself
into a huge safe. Jill didn't see anyway to solve this,
so she left him to his dying cell.
